We offer a huge variety of homemade creative concoctions
in THE SWEET & THE SAVORY menus, as well as many gourmet catered menus to choose from. There's even a menu for your furry friends on the FOR FUZZIES page! We're able to accommodate up to 200 people for any party situation you can wrap your brain around and we are equipped with a mobile kitchen for that out-in-the-boonies shin dig you've been wanting to plan. Details are laid out on our CATERING page. Check out our HAPPY HOUR menu, too, for delish digs for your cocktail parties. BREADS (including GLUTEN-FREE), BRUNCH and ETHNIC THEME menus will soon be added, and debuting mid-October 2011...

Though this means nothing to city dwellers, for us Caldwell County country folk there is absolutely NO FOOD DELIVERY available, and the closest grocers are usually 10+ miles away. Thus, many are forced to settle for fast food on their way home from a hard day's work, or gas station grocery sections to feed themselves and their families. YUCK.
We at Salubrious are bringing those days to an end and will provide amazing home-cooked meals for our fellow Caldwellians.
Menus will include meals for families of 1-6 people and will have homemade main courses consisting of pasta & pizza selections, Southern-style comfort foods, Mexican specialties and, of course, our taste-tinglin' pecan smoked BBQ... all of which are prepared from scratch, with lots of love, in the healthiest way possible. These fairly priced lunches/dinners will come with the choice of different fresh salads and sides, and fresh baked breads or tortillas.
